I probably wood because I just think we are heading towards the edge of the cliff with plenty of room for it to fall off.

Kings over Aces, so no, I would not bet on ANYTHING that could actually cost me more money than I initially spent! :)

Also, Coots are masters of unpredictability, so if you just assume they are going to continue tanking at a near record pace, they will come up with another bolt of lightning like Bama 2010. They are aggravating that way. But, they can never sustain good things, they are ultimately predictable that way.

Why do dogs always race to the door when the doorbell rings? It's almost never for them.

Doubt there would be much, if any, institutional buying. But - there are always a good number of knucklehead traders who'd do little research & assume it was a great time to "buy the lows." Maybe just based on being in the SEC ("Hey - they can't be ALL that bad!")

So yeah - short it but with stops so you can't lose your house.

It is more like a decaying ETF like UVXY designed to go to zero with steady decay year after year

Put some numbers on that. 50 milion USD invested in UVXY in 2011 is worth $25.67 today. That is the type of return expected with their dumpster fire

I would immediately burn all my shares. At this point, a used toilet paper has more value than their program.
