It's been a steady decline of both programs since he got the job.

It must be the greenhouse effect on their legs or something...lol I’m sure Dan has a plan, he’s done great ???? w/football and softball.

D Rad’s done great with Football and Softball?!?!

Well, he inherited the Football Coach and Staff, the Softball team hasn’t played one inning yet, but has been responsible for spending way more than was budgeted on the facility.

Dan struck out Big time with the last WBB coach but seems to have done better so far with this one. He failed miserably with the Tennis Coach, has hung on to Brad for a looong time despite mediocre at best results there....Jury is still out in Monte Lee.

I don’t know...other than managing our amazing football program and making sure Dabo is happy by not f-ing anything up there, and building a bunch of stuff, I’m not sure D Rad has the best eye for new hires.

Which of our other programs are knocking it out of the park with championships and coaches that Dan has hired? Honest question. I really want to know since I don’t follow the other sports too much.

When DRad hired smith for women b-ball, was it because she was roommates with Dawn Staley at uva? Don’t know but I do like that he gave her 5 years and that’s all. Easier choice than cbb situation though.

I do like that we had 7 teams set APR records.
