couldn't get alomg with while he was there are now blaming everything on him ? LOL Jimbo's a chitbag, but the Administration and Boosters (that want to call the shots) are the reason for FSU being crap right now. They went and hired them a yes man in Willie,instead of bringing back Stoops from Kentucky LOL

The FSU situation sounds a bit like Jimbo got a little big for his britches and didn’t know how to play well with others. When you keep threatening to leave etc even if you’re a top performer eventually your boss just says fine leave. You’re too high maintenance.

A&M has great facilities and tons of money - he won’t find many excuses there. I think he’s a good coach but his lack of character recognition with his players will keep him from consistently being elite.

I have some very serious and loyal FSU folks that I work with... they disliked Jimbo but you know the saying...

Winning fixes everything.

They kinda held their noses and then the winning stopped with Jimbo. Problem that could be masked by winning became glaring. Look at the rise of Clemson and FSU's decline. They just didn't go from 7-1 in a couple close season to 3-5... it was a slow but clear decline. 6-2, 5-3, 3-5. All Jimbo. He was 14-10 in ACC play in last 3 years. Give perspective, Dabo was 16-8 in his first full 3 years.


Willie is a good coach. I don't think he will make it but he is the cleaning crew to be sacrificed. Call him Hatfield or Tommy...
