Shout out to our play callers. Is anyone thinking what I’m thinking?

Jan 8, 2019, 8:41 AM

Scott & Elliot saved their best game for last. Some folks on here complained about vanilla play calling throughout the course of the season. Many said we were predictable. I think we were predictable because we knew we could be but tonight our coordinators completely caught Saban and his staff off guard. Saban was visibly rattled at halftime. It was a thing of beauty.

And don’t think I forgot about Venables. We knew the Tide were going to churn out some yards but we rattled Tua in a big way. BV dialed up the right plays at the right time. Tua was often confused and overwhelmed.

Congratulations to all of our staff and players. I’m overwhelmed right now with a sense of gratitude.

Clemson 2018 may be the greatest CFB team of all time.
