vs Mo getting a 3 year ban..and seems the way Unc cheated was not in the Ncaa’s wheelhouse of cheating since it was the institutions problem & the inability of Ncaa to spend the $25,000,000 to counteract the $ spent by Chapel Hill’s Astute Attorneys (and their on-campus Law School).

Plus, Unc Attorney’s never admitted to being gulity as Mo Attorney’s did..plus Unc kept up it’s delay & denying tactics for years which caused the Ncaa to crumble & quit..plus it being corrupt internally & cowing up to Unc being the blueblood of the South & its basketball $.

It's that simple. In the future, a school would have to be crazy to voluntarily admit to any violation, given the way the UNC situation was handled.

ironically part of UNCheat's saving grace is that word got out about the fake classes designed for athletes and some non-athletes took the classes.
