time we're lucky if we get three yards. Good defenses jump it and hit us behind the LOS or intercept the ball.

in them. What i think people are against is running 10 pass plays and 8 of them are screens. Its like owning a new ferrari and only driving around in the parking lot. That thang was built for the highway. Trevor is the best screen passing qb we've had b/c he zips it quickly and accurately when he throws them but i'd like to see him get more comfortable with throwing a curl route 5-10 yards, a 15-20 yard slant over the middle, and then a 30-40 yard post on the outside.

So of 10 pass plays i'd like 3 to screens, 3 be short yardage sit downs/curls, 2 slants, 1 post. I like that mix. That way defenses are always guessing.
