SEC Bias

When is this junk going to stop? Two SEC teams in the top four and four in the top 10 of the first CFP Poll. If this continues it is a guarantee to end the playoff system. How long will conference champions tolerate being left out of the playoff for a two or three loss SEC team. How long will non-power 5 undefeated teams tolerate this non-sense. Not much longer! We have no idea how good a Pac 12, Big 12 or non-power 5 team could be in the CFP because they are not given the chance to play. Have we forgotten the incest bowl so quickly (Alabama vs LSU for the mythical NC). Wake up playoff committee before its too late.

I think it will last until next week. Two will lose this week and will slip - unless one of the losses is Bama. They can lose and stay top 4.

38-0. remember when washington made it 24-7. West coast football just doesnt cut it with big boy trench football. Cry all you want to but it would be a waste to see these teams get blown out year after year as a 3/4 seed.

OSU lost by 31 to Iowa and also lost at home to Oklahoma. A 1 loss Bama definitely deserved to be in over a 2 loss OSU.

Huh? I agree bama deserved to be in last year, but bama lost to auburn and Ohio st lost to Oklahoma and iowa.

So you’re saying bama and LSU don’t deserve to be in the top p 4 right now? Why not?

How many times has a conf champ been left out for a two or three loss sec team?

When have undefeated power five teams been left out in favor of sec teams?

When has the cfp committee gotten the final four teams wrong?

I mean kentucky is overrated based on how good they actually are

but their resume is pretty strong so I get it. LSU is similar but to a lesser degree. Aside from that, where's the issue?

And both of those will sort themselves out this weekend. If Kentucky is more like a top 25 team than a top 10 team they will lose to UGA and if LSU is more like top 15 than top 5 they will probably get beaten pretty handily by Bama. Things will sort themselves out.
