Not really that hard to comprehend.
Ironic, you can thank the dems for making it illegal after the Ken Starr report was released. The independent counsel law passed in 1978 was allowed to expire in 1999, shortly after Clinton's impeachment debacle and the release of the Starr report. After that whole fiasco, the law was never extended past 1999. The law was then changed to keep reports provate with the attorney general.

but to release the full report is illegal. Against the law. He's the Attorney General. Courts judge the law. No way the full report gets released. If he did, dems would be lined up to throw him in jail, lol.
