didn't mean to get digital tix

Anybody get digital tix on accident? My wife did the ordering this year, and it must have been a little confusing...I have seen others say on here that they received parking passes but no tickets. I assume that it's because they ordered (or default ordered) digital.

Does anyone know if the ticket office can print "real" tickets?

Real or not, I am ready for the season...

We received real tickets but we paid more for them

I think it was an additional 30.00 to get them printed. They arrived last week and the parking passes were also included.

As soon as I got the email with my tickets I called the ticket office and they said they could print tickets and send. I received parking pass today. I called office and they said they would mail me my real tickets by tomorrow. We shall see

That may take a while. I'm not sure the printer can or will print then at the drop of a hat. Remember last year (or the year before) when they had a problem with the printer and they came about a week or two late? I'm still buffaloed why, after knowing who ordered which tickets and which seats were ordered, there should be a hold up in printing tickets. As much as I love the Tigers, I am not impressed with IPTAY's service, ticket handling, and particularly their website.

It's the ticket office that will print them. They won't be the pretty ones that came in the mail.

Last year ticket office/printer were late with deliveries. Seem to be a little more prompt this year so far.

I'm not sure where it is, but I've heard that it is a very expensive destination..... not recommended for a holiday spot.

I got my GT single game tickets from IPTAY where the silly digital was the only option. I quick email to them and they offered to print and mail me real tickets. It did cost $10.
