In 'last minute' (aka: January, or so) offers before signing day. TJ Green, Sensabaugh, ETN, Simmons, Goodrich, and so forth. It's like they have a 'just in case' list and swoop in when necessary with a choice offer. Of course, being exceedingly honest with recruits is also helpful...and equally consistent with having a short list of offers to begin with. Most likely, the staff monitors the 'just in case' candidates' social media and notes those who would jump at a Tiger offer. You learn a lot by keeping the mouth shut and the ears open.
