It throws CouchPotato in there as well. Both are relatively easy to set up. CouchPotato gets a little tricky on Windows if you want to run from source, but I haven't noticed a benefit other than receiving automatic updates.

If you go the Usenet route, it does require some $. But if you go the torrent route, you should be able to do a fair amount of mooching There's just a lot more junk in the torrent route and Usenet gets a little cover in that it's considered a search engine, so it doesn't fall under the same piracy rules as torrents.
