The big 12 was the best conference in basketball this year, I think they've seen a few good defenses.

It doesn't mean that Kansas is going to win or won't be bothered by our defense. I think they will.
However it does mean that statements like they haven't seen a defense like ours in the Big 12 are ridiculous.
They have the #2 SoS in the nation. We aren't going to surprise them with anything they haven't seen before.

That I don't put a whole lot of stock into ranking conferences by remaining teams. Even if it makes the ACC look good.

Stats are fun at all, but anybody trying to argue the Big 12 is better at every "objective stat" doesn't know #### about basketball.
Let's be honest, the Big 12 is essentially just Kansas, and they haven't even been to the Final Four since 2012.
Anybody trying to argue "stats" and "metrics" probably has a difficult time identifying championship basketball.
The ACC has been and is currently the best conference in basketball, and from what I've seen of the last several years of the tournament, it isn't frankly all that close.
Kansas is an elite program. The Big 12 is a great conference.
Clemson is a great program. The ACC is an elite conference.

I was looking for the ACC team in the Final Four, but didn't see one for some reason.
I get you *want* the ACC to be the best conference, we all do. But facts don't lie and neither does the scoreboard.

Just for fun, the rankings have the SEC as the second best conference, but where was their team in the Elite Eight?
Others have the Big East ahead of the ACC and they had 1 team make it past the Sweet 16.
I think the Big 12 was a great league, and based on the results, metrics, etc. was the best league this year. I also feel that the fact they have only 10 teams helps as they didn't have typical bottom feeders to pull the league down. Of course the fact they didn't have those makes the competition tougher during the conference schedule as well, the whole "iron sharpens iron" type of thing.
