Cool, wasn't it El Chapo's main lieutenant that testified in federal court that the vast majority of their drugs were smuggled by car and truck at legal points of entry? And that prior to that they were smuggled through tunnels under the existing wall? Yes, yes it was. maybe we should listen to the man when it comes to the effectiveness of a wall in regard to drug smuggling, which is more a US drug policy issue than a border issue.
