Rhabdo can kill. And if it doesn't it can still kill your kidneys. Jordan McNair at Maryland died from it in combination with heat stroke. Any coach than condones that type of "training" should be fired and never allowed to coach again. There is no excuse for it.

I lost complete respect for Bear Bryant after watching the Junction Boys. It is one thing to be tough and quite another to treat a human being like that.
