Will Dex seek a TRO?

If the B sample comes back positive, will Dex will seek a TRO to permit him to play? Other courts have granted TROs in similar circumstances against the NCAA and against HS athletic associations. If Dex does seek one, I assume he wouldn't file until Friday so that if it is granted the NCAA wouldn't have time to appeal to the 4th Circuit or the SC COA. Seems bonkers not to at least file the DJ action with a TRO/PI motion.

The NCAA has never vacated a win after a court ordered a player eligible for a contest.

Honestly I am wounding why not just go ahead and have the appeal process started knowing that he knowingly did nothing wrong.

Funny how these kids are tested throughout the year and nothing shows up. Then we get to bowl season and it seems there are always issues with teams for some reason or another.

Head scratcher to say the least.
