Who here would be pretty happy with FSUs yearly wins/losses?

Mar 19, 2019, 9:20 PM

Should that be our realistic goal. I don't care who the Coach is, I think if we could be FSU year in and year out, we would be pretty happy. What say you? We are never going to be UNC, Duke or Virginia.

They spend way more money on basketball than CU

I guess it is up to the AD and the school to decide how serious they want to be about basketball. I would think recruiting in Florida has got to be easier than in the shadow of the NC schools as well.

People keep saying that but we actually spend more money then them in facilities. Where are people getting these figures from and how accurate are they?

You do know that FSU is either the 3rd of 4th winningest team in the ACC over the past 10 years right? I don’t see any chance we get to that level any time soon.

Well, shouldn't that be our realistic goal? 4th best? Or should our realistic goal be 7th best in the ACC on average?

I’m good... they have no QB, horrendous OL play, players who beat women, and a coach that doesn’t know what he’s doing.

I’ll take Dabo and co any day. We are talking football right?

I think fans generally start expecting more one a team/coach reaches a certain level of success. I know some fsu basketball fans who aren't that happy with Leonard Hamilton because they're expecting more at this point in Hamilton's tenure.

I have to disagree about your statement that we can never reach the kind of success that the fake class school, rat face program or the boo hoos.

Why can't we?

I don't believe virginia got as consistent as they are now until Tony Bennett got there.

And my understanding is that duke basketball wasn't the program that it is now until ratface got there.

So why can't Clemson win consistently in basketball?
