Could be too many people visiting and the extra weight is causing the ground to shift. You know...like on of our elected congressmen was concerned about the island of Guam tipping over if we sent more troops.

worrying about a proper foundation. Pretty much sign of the times.

Terrible for a hundred students who thought they were all set with a "great" place in a great location.

Definitely not the time of year to be finding a decent rental in Clemson.

Reminds me of when I was in school at CLEMSON, and they could not refurbish our dorms in Johnstone quickly enough, so a lot of us had to live on the first floor of the PKA House for a while. We weren't allowed to sit in their common area and enjoy the TV, etc. Nor were we allowed to hit on their women when they had frat parties (yeah-right). We actually got along with (most of) them pretty well, and they were okay with us. Not being frats felt sort of weird though, while living in a frat house. At least we had a place to live.

I neglected to tell them that I accidentally plugged in something wrong, and blew a lot of the circuit breakers. Anyway, the entire house had no power nor AC for a couple of days, and it was hot in those days.
