Hey Spud, have them check out the radiolucency apical to the #30 bridge pontic. Probably just a radiographic artifact, but worth a second look.

Why is she lying down? I thought most dental Xrays were made in a sitting position.

Spud --- Check your camera. If you see the initials JBC on the back it may be the one I lost during WW2.
