Kind of weird.

Clemson signed 7 from the state of Georgia and UGA signed 6 from Georgia.

They are nationwide correct, if you mean taking five stars for a year and then redistributing them nationwide.

Honestly think this Justin Fields will become a huge issue for them going forward.

How is it that much more of a bigger deal than our 4/5 star Hunter Johnson transferring? Do you think Johnson's transfer will hurt us moving forward?

Major differences

Hunter transferred because a younger prodigy beat him out. Hunter left on great terms with nothing but compliments of his time at Clemson. Fields was UGAs hope for a prodigy and Fromm is likely gone after next year. Fields seems very disgruntled with UGA. They have no concrete plans for succession at QB. They are going to have a sick roster in 2020 but as of now no known captain of the ship. We will also have a sick roster in 2020 led by frontman Trevor Lawerence.

Good points. I wasn't thinking about how this leaves them with uncertainty at QB moving forward. My thoughts were around them having issues with recruiting moving forward because of a transfer. I didn't see how a QB transfering would impact them negatively on the recruiting trail.

Remember we are only 19 miles away from that talent rich state.

Justin Fields will tell all about his recruiting pitch and UGA will have deal with it. However, it’s on him that he went somewhere with a National Championship caliber quarterback.
