on ESPN . . . It is such a pleasure to watch a home plate umpire that knows the strike zone!!!

You don't know how bad the college level is until you compare the two, especially without much time in between.

As for this post- I thought the sky was falling for the Braves. Didn’t they just get swept last week... must be a horrible team for that to happen! ??

Split a 4 game series with the Mets...

But got swept by the Dooshbacks(Diamondbacks).....

Correct but the series with the mets was the previous weekend, last week was the dooshbacks. Anyway, it was tung in cheek at peeps posting the sky is falling because the Tigers have hit a rough patch.

Skeeta56 tries to remind people that losing is a part of baseball.

Desperately need bullpen help!

Umpires are unpredictable in H.S. and College. So I was always told to not leave it in their hands.

I umpired for about 10 years. It's tough. You know your going to miss some, you just try to stay consistent. I always tried to have a generous strike zone and I think most teams /coaches preferred that.
