I just listened to the full interview, he did NOT say he was

If he commits to Clemson I’d be shocked he visits anywhere. Coaches wouldn’t be too happy.

No, he is not going to visit other schools after committing. The interviewer tried to get him to say he would take visits after committing, he would not say yes to his question. If he had flat out said no, everyone would know it’s Clemson. He’s trying not to spill the beans.
