The AAF...

Feb 10, 2019, 12:18 AM

The Orlando Apollos defeat the Atlanta Legends 40-6 in the premiere of the Alliance of American Football, a new professional football league. The AAF consists of 8 teams, the Orlando Apollos, Atlanta Legends, Birmingham Iron, Arizona Hotshots, San Antonio Commanders, San Diego Fleet, Salt Late Stallions, and Memphis Express. These teams are comprised of former NFL, CFL, and NCAA players and coaches.

We missed most of the game, but it appears to be something I could support

I watched the first half and it was interesting. I will continue watching as long as it entertains. Disappointing there is only one former tiger but they do seem to have quality players and staff. I quit watching the NFL years ago, these guys looked good enough to take another look. BTW Spurrier’s team looked pretty good.

Based on Spurrier's list of assigned colleges, his team should look pretty good.

I watched it for a few minutes and turned it off. I doubt I'll ever watch it again.

It'll fold after a few seasons.

I'm glad I subscribe to Hylights channel as I was oblivious to the existence of the AAF.

I like this college allocation thing that they have going on as I had no idea who to pull for. I saw this posted in another thread but it is worth posting again to match colleges to teams.
