I know he's had injuries but for both he and Shaq I will never understand the way NFL teams draft. Both of these guys and the way they played were better suited as ends in a 4-3 base defense and both got drafted to play OLB in a 3-4. Buffalo has gone back to a 4-3 so maybe if he's healthy Shag can live up to his billing.

I absolutely agree

in a 3-4 scheme one of the outside backers

Is usually just a stand up pass rusher. Blitzing on most plays. This is the reason you'll see ends moved to LB.

I agree they would have been better off in a 4-3. It hasn't been an easy switch for a lot of guys.

These guys not panning out doesn't help recruiting.

How many #### injuries have Clemson players had before NFL even gets off the ground?

If you haven't noticed A LOT of NFL players get hurt. It's a violent sport, nature of the beast.

Standing by for whole story / real story if ever reported***

Dude is hurt and can't play right now. NFL has limited roster spots. Team moved on. What more of the story are you waiting on?

He got to keep his over $4000,000.00 signing bonus. Not too bad a deal.
