we hit a lot of balls very hard right attem. the problem is out of about the half of our 26 strikeouts we swung at ball 4. that is at least 10-12 free 90's. strikeouts happen. everyone strikes out. just swing at good pitches and i got no problem. think the guys just want to get the big hit so bad that they get to anxious and swing at bad pitches.

no my intent is to call out ######### that think they know more about the game than coaches that get paid a lot of money to do it. and talk sh!t about college kids and coaches that spend countless hours trying to put together teams that win for our school. i sure as heck dont agree with every call a coach makes but i sure as he!! aint gonna get on the internet and make myself look ignorant by doing the things you guys do in here.

So you make it sound like I’ve done it a lot that’s the first thing I’ve called monte out on and he should be. It was dumb to take out hennessey. Then Griffith pitched one inning and he took him out. Dumb again.

pretty sure monte wanted to win last night even more than you but this weekend is far more important than last night. fact is uga had 1 earned run in 20 innings. seems everyone he put in pitched very well. if not for the very weird play in left we win in 9 innings.

Sometimes coaches go about it wrong with how they handle games in the moment while looking ahead. It would have been perfect if we could’ve won because like you said, The pictchers we went to did really dang good. But Hennessey could’ve been pitching in the seventh-inning still cruising and Henderson never would’ve had to make that play. Byrd wouldn’t have let the line drive hit off his glove. Georgia wasn’t squaring henny up at all. Jacob could’ve thrown in a complete game Shutout. Sometimes you just have to win the game right there.
Let me ask you this when we make the regional this year, if we’re up by 1 run in the first game in extras do you keep your best in there? Jones/spiers? Or do u save them because you THiNK you may need them for the winners bracket vs sec someone?

No I’m comparing the situations.
They’re very similar. Monte was willing to take a chance with last nights game to better ourselves for the future. Would you be ok with this in a regional? Sure it’s different that it’s postseason and we play the next day but it’s the same situation

And yes I will call out monte in a heartbeat he is a head coach. Pointing out Teodosio’s struggles is warranted. Im not bashing him it just is what it is. He would’ve been benched for a game by now but nobody else is doing anything either so.......
