Things John Swofford has done for Clemson...

1) Pushed hard for extra probation for Clemson in the 1980's.
2) Kicked off the 2019 football season with the defending National Champion Clemson Tigers playing the GT Yellow Jackets on a channel that approximately 11 people have access to.
Am I missing anything?

backtracked only after having it proven to him UNC did the same. Was UNC AD when the academic fake classes started. Dragged feet on network startup for years to help Raycom son and buddies

we pulled pics from every other ACC school of players wearing girdles immediately. Schools started taking the pics down after that but we did our part.

had nothing to do with the extra year? It's not possible he encouraged the faculty rep from UNC to push for this? If he had absolutely nothing to do with it, then why do SO many people bring up his name? Some sort of conspiracy against him for no apparent reason?
