I mean, they had 3 lineman that there was room behind, but we had about 7 defenders in the area. He still had about 8 or 9 yards to go from where he got tackled. There was nothing set up for that to work, even if Pinkney didnt slide off protection.

That’s the team hypnotist telling Saban “as soon as I grab my junk you will forget about killing that stupid assistant who made that call and only remember that Alabama is great!” Seemed to have worked, I haven’t heard of any dead Alabama assistant coaches. Hopefully Saban never sees that guy grab his junk again though.
