Who even writes an article like that almost a year before anybody signs anything? And as for those rankings, I looked last week and BYU was in the Top10. Think they'll finish there? I see LSU there, and I won't be at all surprised if Orgeron screws that up - he can't seem to hold on to players. The point is that I bet only half the teams in their Top 10 now will be there at the end. And Usucks won't be one of them.

Coots do well in state. 2019 seems like a better year for in state recruits. Not sure why SC high school teenagers want to go there, but they do.
The five year coot streak was a result in large part to in state recruits.

Clemson taking a chance on an upstart,HOF coach Slurrier being at USuC and in state talent ALL contributed to their little run. The stars will NEVER line up like that again for them, in our lifetime.
Let's see how it looks now

Pruitt @ Tn is the best of the Coaches hired since Fulmer
Fulmer is back @ Tn as temp AD
They have a Head Coach that FAILED @ Florida.
