Selfishly, don’t want a night game for NCSU

I have already agreed to skip the game to go to her high school reunion, but I don’t want to have to watch the game during her reunion with a bunch of her classmates who will be pulling for NCSU. Most of her class went to SCAR (she was one of the smart ones who got into Clemson).

At least if the game is over before the reunion begins, I am prepared to deal with whatever comes. Watching it live, I might be liable to spoil the whole reunion.

I went to one HS and one Clemson reunion. The Clemson one was held at the stadium after a home game; what could go wrong? Remember the "ing" verb of which we no longer speak? That may have been the day the term came into existence.

She should not even request your attendance at a class reunion or any other dumb ### event that gets scheduled on CU v NCState.

Skip it and go to the game. If she gripes about it- move on with another spouse.
