An interesting tangle and so so happy that it worked out to our benefit. They also make it sound like Cordarian "decommited" of his own accord. Not quite the way it happened.

Yeah , he was caught up in a grade-trade thing at his HS in Memphis if memory serves . Amazing too that it only took Dabo and staff about 3 weeks to reel in a talent like ETN , out of Louisiana no less .

I was really hoping that Swift committed to Clemson then , but getting ETN was a great coup .
Today , gimme Travis Etienne all day every day .
Swift is a fine RB , but Travis carries rings .

And let that be a lesson to all recruits. Don't be like Swift. He wanted to come to Clemson but waited too long to commit & lost his spot. Its crazy how all of that panned out, but the Tigers are on such a roll that even when we lose a commit like Richardson we still win & pick up a guy like ETN. The stars have truly aligned in our favor!

They didn't "rescind" it...they just couldn't recruit him. He wasn't actually qualified.
