Really loved Adam Choice’s speech yesterday

I thought it was far and away the best, and that comes as no surprise. What an impressive young man he is. Every team seems to have a player like Adam - one who may not be the star, but knows and embraces his role as a player and as a leader, works hard every day, and is the consummate teammate. He will excel in life, and is a great role model for my son, who is a great athlete and a great kid, but not a star.

I would support there being a team award for this role.

Agree 100%. He is a guy who would have been a starter early in his career except for injuries.
Our recruiting went to a new level and he fell down the depth chart. But he never stopped working.

He epitomizes the fact that there is no I in team. He just kept on giving 100% both on and off the field.
This type of attitude is what has brought our team from being a contender to being elite.

I believe Choice was named a permanent team captain. I agree that he has handled his situation with dignity and class. Wishing him all the best as he moves on.

This team is loaded with great young men that come together and experienced something very special at Clemson. Dabo and this staff are not only teaching these young men how to win at football but how to win in life. There is truly something special in those hills! To GOD be the glory!!!!!

He could have pouted and quit this team but he never gave up! He just “bloomed where he was planted”and for no other reason, he’s an unsung hero. I was moved by the genuineness of his words. I hope he gets a shot at the NFL.
