You have accomplished the mission now, we are firmly back on the ROY bus. You have more than enough bulletin board material to take us through the playoffs. We no longer need Trevor to throw one or two unfathomable interceptions per game to get the announcers to diss us. Whenever he does, that is the only Clemson "highlights" that ESPiN will show, regardless of how many touchdowns we win the game by. So, take those planned interceptions out of the playbook until next year, and Carry On.
I do think we are done with the close win thing versus an inferior opponent. So, there is that. These guys from coaches to players despite being on a media blackout "have to be hearing the noise"! If that isn't motivation to pay attention to detail nothing will be.
Running exact routes, picking up blitzing players, covering your gaps, sure tackling, communication so we have no coverage bust, etc. Those are the little things we have to work on in order to put a wrench in the plan the media has set forth for us!
