New contract for CDS

I hope Clemson’s Trustees have already begun discussions about a new contract for Dabo. He has established himself as the best coach in the country and should be compensated accordingly. I’m willing to increase my annual contribution to ensure he becomes the highest paid coach. I don’t believe he will leave to go to Alabama when Saban retires but would rather eliminate any temptation. What say he?

whats the difference between 7 and 10 million a year? There is only so many multi-million dollar houses that you can own without it becoming more trouble than it's worth

It’s 3 million, to be exact. 3 million a year is the difference Neal. Like 6 million every two years. 9 million every three years. For instance, over a five year period that’s 15 million dollars. Since you were asking.

Dabo will stay if he wants to stay. He’ll get what he wants and make sure his staff is paid as well. Just gotta hope he stays when Bama comes calling. I think he stays a tiger til he says he’s done personally

He is already #2 or 3. I don't mind a raise but tie it to a giant buyout if we make him the highest paid. Make him untouchable while make him happy!

Actually the OCs need the biggest raise. They are doing a great job! And Streeter, he is doing wonders at QB and recruiting QBs.

I'd personally like him to get a,10 year deal with a 50million buyout. That would put him at Age 60. Another decade at Clemson and we would be talking about Bear's record being broken here! There building a big push for him at Bama some folks say they want him to break the record there not Saban? I believe that he could break it here. Dabo dosent need Bama to be great. He built his own empire right here!

All the coaches got bonuses for each step of Championship games (3). Maybe Dabo will tell them to give assistants and coordinators all or part of any raises they give him.
