A fight for fourth place

Oct 21, 2018, 4:59 PM

Chances are better than even that Alabama, Clemson and Notre Dame win out up to playoff selection. Who gets the fourth slot?

Michigan if they win out

They would clip Texas or Oklahoma for 4th I think

How about Ohio State if they whip Michigan and then Wisconsin or Iowa in the B1G title game?

Ohio St will lose another game maybe 2

more of a debate since their loss would be much worse***

Michigan, they have the D to win out.
Then Bama gets a easy game before playing us

We think they have a D but look at the league they’re playing in. Not saying they don’t have a good D but not as “great “ as all the pundits are spinning it now.

Btw- I’ve seen the numbers. They’re impressive but what happens when they play an offense with a pulse.

Thats a great question. Do you go with a conference, BIG10, that has no offense and cant score. Literally, since 2015 they have scored zero, zilch, nata in the CFP - 2016 Michigan State scored zero against alabama in the semifinals 38-0, 2017 Ohio State scored zero against Clemson in the semifinals 31-0 and last year failed to field a team. OR do you go with a conference, BIG12, that scores but has absolutely no Defense. Tough Choice.
