that is ok with the President maneuvering around congress and the constitution to make sure what he wants is done?
How is this ok? How is this not a direct affront to the Constitution?
Can't wait to hear how the talking heads spin this.

Congress can undo the declaration with a veto-proof majority, but the President clearly was given this authority BY CONGRESS.

Congress can pass a resolution to end an emergency declaration, but the President can veto that termination. Congress can override that veto with 2/3 vote, like any law.
