Miami always leads the country in decootments. A lot of it is just the nature of many south Florida kids. There's a saying that a Florida prospect's recruitment doesn't really begin until after he's de-committed from one of UF, FSU, or Miami.

Miami won't be anybody until they update their facilities

Too many programs have leap frogged them in facility wars. Yeah they have the beach but when you're facilities are from the stone age you ain't competing in todays arms race. So until you see them figuring out an on site stadium or new football complex you can write them off.
