If Auburn (a FB school) can do it

There is no reason why Clemson cannot put a team in the final four of basketball and the College World Series of baseball in the same year. Both of these were goals outlined by the athletic department several years ago. We have the facilities and capability of doing what just happened to Auburn. So let,s do it! And the Irony is that Auburn beat UNCheat in both sports to get to the Final Four and CWS!

If Auburn is a FB school, they have averaged losing FIVE games each year the past 4 years. Not sure if they make the cut anymore. They're getting close to cootness in FB.

Granted, they have done well in other pursuits, but I have no doubt they would trade in a heartbeat, especially if they obliterated Bammy 44-16.

Alabama's baseball and basketball programs rarely to never make the post-season. Ohio State hasn't made it to the CWS since 1967, and any other Northern Football team you can think of probably has a pretty bad baseball tradition. Auburns Basketball run was an outlier- traditionally the SEC is not very strong on the hardwood with the exception of Kentucky who has a history of poor football performance.
