I am as big a Tiger fan as any one but I have more questions

right now than answers. D awesome but O play calls were not to lose. Way to conservative all night and it could have bitten us if the D did not play lights out. I was seriously thinking we would go 11-1 or 12-0. Now I am very nervous about the next 2 games. I Know it took 6 or 7 games to get the offensive clicking last year, I hope in a couple of weeks from now I feel stupid for thinking this but I am nervous right now.

I agree - don't like the way our offense slips into........

the conservative play style sometimes instead of pouring it on and putting the other team away for sure. That's can be dangerous.

Past two years, Dabo has played conservative versus Auburn. Our defense won the game, and we have to trust the coaching staff.
They saw Aubbie wasn't doing anything and played field position battle. Two fumbles didn't help either.

I agree Clemson got too conservative, but loved the pass to Renfrow to keep the ball.
How about 11 sacks?!?!? At least now we can stop with the Stidham-walks-on-water narrative.
Gutsy win for Clemson. Gonna need more offense to beat Louvul

It seems almost ridiculous to question them.

The object of playing a game is to win the game, doesn't matter how you do it. The defense was playing great, so you turn the game over to the defense. The offense is still finding its say. We still played a lot of WRs tonight. Renfrow, McCloud, Cain, Powell, Thompson, Higgins, Rodgers. Valuable playing time. Renfrow should get the offensive player of the game in my mind, but Bryant played tough and he came through.

we play all year. If we can win by giving up 117 yds and only scoring 2 tds against the best D we'll face all year, I'll take it

this summer that we'd lean on the D early this year until the offense had a chance to establish itself. Well, that's what we did. We don't have the two fumbles and it's an even more convincing win. Our skill is all new starters except for Renfrow, you expected them to just come out and sling it against a very good defense? And with the way our D was playing?
Give it a rest

I don't understand some of you people. Hands down that was the best defense we will see until FSU. Play conservative on offense and let the dominant defense carry the game. Have any of you ever even played football? Madden doesn't count.

We won't face a better defense until...

the national championship game. We have a QB who took a cheap shot pile on from a huge DL, got up and ran in two touchdowns. What more can you ask at this point... seriously???
Our offense will smoke the Luavull defense I saw today. And our defense will not let Lamar Jackleg run at will. Not this year. I am confident. If we can prevent turnovers, we have a VERY real shot at running the table this year.

Nick Saban has won four or five Titles with worse offenses and QBs than this.

Yes, they were a bit conservative tonight, but remember Auburn was playing tough, out D was lights out, our QB was in his first big test AND we had several promising drives stall the second half due to a false start, holding, and a fumble.Lets enjoy the win!??
