How Annoying Is "Tiger Rag" to Opponents? :-)

There are other fight songs *as* annoying to opponents as "Tiger Rag," but I can't think of any that would be *more* annoying.

Oklahoma has the most annoying fight song in the land . Don't know the title or the words or even if there are any ... but I hear that tune in the dankest corners of my darkest nightmares . Pleez Jobu ... make it to stop .

I remember when “Dixie” was annoying to many. In the day, that was played many,many times by Tiger Band each game. I still miss it,

I agree. as i read the OP my first thought was that if Tiger Rag were as annoying as Rocky Top or that tomahawk thing from FSU then we owe the world an apology.

Luckily, they rarely ever score, have no fight in 'em whatsoever and only excel in waving white surrender towels and impregnating their sisters in the parking lot of The 'Roach.

During the tOSU drubbing during the 2016 playoff, a large contingent of Ohio State fans were right in front of us - at least 3 rows deep in the IPTAY section. (Explain that, please!) They were pretty mouthy but by the fourth quarter, most had cleared out. Those that remained complained about Tiger Rag but towards the end, they joined in on the C-L-E-M-S-OOOO-N! Give them props for staying until the end. Go Tigers!

In 1941 Dean Ross hitchhiked to Atlanta and purchased "tiger rag" for $1.50 from old southern music co. Best $1.50 ever spent!
