No more playing matchups with his ABs. Good for that kid & for the program. That was so much bigger than just one win.

Did it go something like I wish Monte would move Hall to LF and bring in Greene to play second because that lineup helps us win games?

Hall to LF and Greene to 2nd was the call from Monte that won the game. Huge defensive play by Hall followed by the walkoff.

But I'll certainly say that he coached a good game today. I thought his management of the staff and some changes in the order were crucial. You're spot on with that.

Heck no. Until we hear he’s healthy this is what it is.
Serious ? Though, when he is healthy and I say he needs to be in for Wharton who is really struggling, would that be throwing Wharton under the bus? It’s not about putting kids down. It’s about the BEST lineup possible. Just because one thinks a player should be benched doesn’t mean u hate the guy or pull against him.
