Since we just need good 5 guys to play basketball surely there are 5 good football players a year that also want to play basketball. Maybe that could be our basketball identity, make up the team out of football players.

Since we just need good 5 guys to play basketball surely there are 5 good football players a year that also want to play basketball. Maybe that could be our basketball identity, make up the team out of football players.
I could live with that. We would certainly own the Paint!!!

on him to win now. I don't see any sense of urgency on his part. He knows he's not going anywhere. I doubt Drad would let him travel to prowl and growl events if he was going to fire him.
Drad is content to let him stay for 2-3 more years regardless.

This action, or inaction, speaks volumes about the priority level the administration give men's hoops at Clemson.
At the end of the day, if the administration doesn't care, why should the fans?

over the last 9 years. It's the product on the floor and the feeling that the administration just doesn't care enough about the basketball program for it to be any better any time soon. Zero sense of urgency. Fans are adopting a similar attitude and doing other things with their time. Hopefully, people will realize that you can't berate, intimidate and humiliate people into supporting Clemson basketball if they choose not to. You have to give them a reason to make a different choice.
Build it and they will come.

Good advice. I'm just glad you didn't suggest hiring Dabo as the basketball coach as well. Football needs his undivided attention.
