Hate to say it but looking at our opponents 5 yrs out would make me want to play in SEC

since currently so many of our opponents are currently patsies, no names in football, have small stadiums, don't travel well or are disinterested fans..
with Notre Dame being the only interesting league team at the moment.
To be a player & get to play at Ta&m, or LSU, or Tuscaloosa, or FL, or UGa, or at TN or even Mo..
Versus UVa, WF, NCst, UNC, Pitt, Louieville, etc.
Oh, there's Wyoming & Akron Zips on the horizon.
Flame me but use a hot torch please so I will burn up quickly, without undue pain since I'm a Chicken!

I can see FSPU, Miami, 'Cuse and Notre Dame being very competitive in the next 5 years. And Clemson does have some tough non-conference games coming up.

wouldn't you rather have the opportunity to play the likes of Oregon, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Alabama, Michigan State, Washington, Georgia, and Notre Dame in the college football championship games rather than a second tier bowl game against a team ranked in the top-30? Whatever gets us in the discussion/playoff mix is what I am in favor of.

Last year our opponents had a won/loss record of 120-57 and no one else in the country was close to us.
Playing in the SEC sure doesn't assure a tough schedule. Ole Miss plays in the SEC and they had the 73rd SOS in the country! Arkansas wasn't much better.
Would you rather take trips to Starkville, Columbia, Columbia and Fayetteville or Miami, Boston, Louisville and Atlanta? You like playing games in the Central Time Zone?
You got that SEC koolaid all over yourself.

Bill you been listening to too much of that SEC media hype......where 10 SEC teams are typically ranked in the pre-season every year when at least half of them do not deserve to be there......based on the ACC vs SEC head to head matchups and overall bowl results over the past 3 seasons the ACC stacks up pretty well with the Big Bad SEC........and I think the ACC has won more championships over the past 3 years than the SEC ( there is a new Sheriff in town and it ain’t Bama)......results matter and the facts don’t lie like all that BS all those SEC homers are spreading......Go Tigers!!!!!
