ranked with five stars one week, then change it to four stars a week later? Especially this time of the year when the recruit has not played any games.

I dont know or care if they have. My explanation is ignore their junk and they go away because they bring nothing to the party

they are running a business to sell subscriptions. if all the 5 stars are committed their product loses its luster.
