State has a small chance to land in one of the major bowls if they win out. That makes us look better. They likely will be a ten win team. Can Bama top that? And don’t forget about the orangemen. The ACC may not be as WEAK as some proclaim.

Good article about that in today’s fishwrapper by Joe Giglio. Finishing in the top six will be a tough go for the Wolfies and likely will not happen. Ga., Okla., OSU still in the running too.

They're currently ranked No. 14 and they should win out which means as teams ranked ahead of them lose (and some will), they'll continue to move up. I'm just not sure if they can move up enough to get into one of the New Years Six bowl games (Sugar, Fiesta, or Peach Fil-A). As they move-up in the bowl pecking order, the Gator Bowl may be a more realistic option rather than a New Years Six game.

Wake defense is so bad, even if the QB played, they wouldn't be able to score with State.

Not likely to see a ten win acc team in the Belk Bowl. I’m not a State fan but I’d like to see the league teams do well in the finals! I don’t enjoy reading about the powerful sec constantly. Do you?
