Clearly they all won't be but they all have the capability.. Looking at our talent group we realistically have 3-4 guys on offense that could make a Heisman push, depending on our starting QB and on improvements KB could due to his dual threat ability and TL is a new picked out be ESPN already to be a candidate, in the backfield either ETN or Feaster could but with sharing snaps I'm not sure how it could happen and of course after the explosive Spring Game it's safe to say Tee could throw his name in the hat. Very rare that defenders are ever given a real shot but I think Clelin or any of the DL could in fact reap the benefits this year. This talent level this team has is incredible.

Etienne could be good enough.. but if CJ couldn't even get an invite, they'd never give the trophy to a Clemson RB. Same with the WRs.

What if you had 1200+ rushing yards, 500+ receiving, and 900+ on special teams with 21 total touchdowns? Won ACC player of the year, set the FBS record for kickoff return TDs, unanimous 1st-team All-American?
Surely they'd have to give it to you.

You know if there arent any dynamic QBs or RBs that light the field on fire... maybe Christian Wilkins gets a look. If they use his versatility this year... have him catch a TD pass or do a fake punt, early in the year.. could catch on.

It's offense that gets the limelight. A defensive guy has to have a super year even to draw attention. Heisman winners, fortunately or unfortunately, are usually determined by mid-season because they are getting all the press. I would like to see the vote taken after all of the bowl games are over, or, as a minimum, after the regular season is over.
