Doak Campbell question....

Aug 27, 2018, 10:33 PM

How high up provides the best view of the field overall???

I don’t want nosebleeds, and not close to field either. Anyone have any experience with great seats at the Doak???

Go Tigers!!!!

It’s been years since I’ve been, but one visitor section was directly behind their student section and parking was on the other side of frat row....have fun. Go Tigers!

Its a single tier stadium, but rather shallow. As a result, sitting up high is not really in the nosebleeds. We were about halfway up in the endzone in the Clemson section last time we played there, it was ok, but not the best view, especially the other side of the field. Honestly, I would argue the higher the better, at least from the Clemson section in the endzones. Getting out of that stadium sucks after a big game. Their stadium exit is like Clemson parking exit, just packed in like sardines on the ramps.

We plan to go back, not doing it this year because we have a little one. Wife is an FSU 07 grad, so I've been to about 4-5 games down there (not all Clemson), other than the first few when I was in college, their fans have not been very bothersome because they know who the better team is. I think I am 2-1 at doak.

I have been a few rows from the top and in the middle rows - I don't think there is a seat too high in that stadium. I have not sat in any endzone seat but the the seats I have had have been good seats.
