Is he OK? I saw his # of carries vs. ND was only 4 and he did not carry vs Alabama.

My guess is that was more " give it to the guys that've been there before " than he being injured or some such .
I haven't heard anything about any injuries with Lyn-J .
2019 will see him in the top rotation with ETN and Feaster .

Also, Lynn J. seems to be the type of runner who wants to take it to the house every time he touches the ball, which is well and good, but I think Dabo did not want to pile on in the last 10 minutes. Just saying.

It was 100% seniors and juniors getting carries to finish of the season vs a freshman.

Guys who have earned it and may not get another shot get first dibs.

I completely support Adam Choice getting extra carries in his last game and leaving Lyn J wanting another chance to get back to earn those carries.

Also has a lot to do with blocking for TL. Bama’s rush is often disguised & you need experience in there to protect.

I was thinking at the time that part of the plan was to minimize critical freshman errors. DK and LJD are all out effort guys and can get a little loose with the ball in their efforts to always be looking to make the big play. Great players, but we had a lot of confidence in what we were doing offensively and defensively and we weren’t going to let needless mistakes derail our NC.!
