Deer tech savvy folks.

My boss was trying to print some excel sheet. One printer would not print the text in two rows. One was in the middle of the sheet, the other towards the end. The printer would print the cell outlines. Another printer would print the sheet with no problems. What could cause the issues with the first printer.
