Coach V and his use of seasonings

Honestly I would have thought that Coach V was more of a dry-rub paprika based seasoning kind of guy.

But his reference to sprinkling oregano on his young tiger cubs makes me think that the man has a taste for Italian cuisine, not traditional Kansas city BBQ which would betray his midwest upbringing.

That's fine with me though, as long as Coach V keeps marinating his steaks before cooking,things will turn out just fine in Tigerlandia.

Maybe he meant Mexican oregano. That goes well with paprika***
