They are absolutely having to crawl into a lame bowl game. They will beat UTC and have scheduled Akron for the 12/1 makeup game, so they might get 7 wins. I wonder if they think beating a couple of small teams late in the season is going to make decent bowls even take a second look at them? They are the epitome of SAD.

sec bias may make sure they get a nice bowl game but with only 7 wins and such a lame schedule prolly not.

If Akron can beat the Big Ten West champs, they can beat the Mu5champs, too.

Bowl eligibility is on the line THIS week.

Don't want to be the cockaboose on that Chattanooga choo choo.

I think they already used their 1-AA game to get bowl

eligible in 2016. You can only use a 1-AA game every 4 years. That's why they had to find a scrub 1-A team to schedule.

That's right , and Choochooga has a transfer QB from either Ole Miss or Missippi State that can play . Who knows , as bad as a defense as Sakerlina has ?
I hope it's a really close game well into the 4th quarter and we see one of those famous Coot let-downs ( ie: Citadel 2015 ).

Its because they get wins relying on the other team to be alil more incompetent than they are. Mizz, Tenn and Ole Miss all went brain dead in the 4th qtr. Mizz just leaves everyone wide open, Tenn had about 10 false starts on 3rd down, Ole Miss is running up and down the field on the GW drive and then has 2nd and 4 with plenty of time left and for some reason just decides to start throwing bombs to bail them out. It made no sense. SC is lucky they aren't at least 3-6 right now, watching them play is like watching 2 teams that are doing their best to lose.
