Appeal process my thoughts

Jan 3, 2019, 1:37 PM

1.Have Dexter, Galloway, Gelia submit new samples for NCAA testing site.
2. Submit samples to an independent accredited lab.
3. Test every hair product, toothpaste, supplement etc. that players have used or ingested, and any supplement given by nutrtionist at Clemson.

If samples from NCAA or Independent lab come back clean, you have enough evidence for an appeal and players can play in National Championship game while awaiting appeal. I'm sure Dabo and attorneys have thought of this or something better. I hate that these guys are not playing and probably should accept it.

The issue is not proving they didn't take it, the issue is proving they didn't take it and having a court appeal over rule it and the NCAA saying they're cleared within the next 48-72 hours. Time is what we're working against unfortunately.

No to #1 and #2. Per the Clemson AD Dan Radakovich: "There’s some folks on campus who are going through and checking our supplements, going to the manufacturer and looking at all of that.”

Submitting new samples now that come back clean does not prove anything at all.

Depends on the 1/2 life of Ostarine. If it has a long 1/2 life and couldn't possibly out of their system yet, then if proves the test was inaccurate or a false positive. If it has a short half life, then you're correct.

The half life has been discussed a ton of times here. It's ~24 hours. But at this point, even if the half life was longer, it could be out of their systems considering the original samples were taken 10+ days ago and only a trace was found.
